A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAI4ONGA, CALIFORNIA, DENYING GENERAL PLaN AMENEeiENT
86-O3B, REQUESTING AN AMENflUENT TO TIlE LAND USE ELEMENT OF
THE RANClIO CUCANONGA GENERAL PLAN ERON OFFICE TO NEDIUN
DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (/~-lt~ DU/AC) FOR 3.~6 ACRES OF LAND
LOCATED ON THE SOUTHKANT CORNER OF CHURCH STREET AND
ARCHIBALD AVENUE
WHEREAS, The City Council has held a duly advertised public hearing
to consider all comments on the proposed General Plan Amendment.
SECTION I: The aancho Cucamonga City Council hereby cannot make the
followin$ findings:
A. The Amendment does not conflict with the Land Use
Policies of the General Plan.
B. The Amendment promotes goals of the Land Use Element.
C. The Amendment would not be materially injurious or
detrimental to the adjacent properties.
NOW, THEREFOBE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Rancho Cucamonga City
Council does hereby deny General Plan Amendment 86-O3E.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1986.
