A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCAJiONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACT 12721 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILINC OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
I~REREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 12721 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
I~HKREAN, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NO~, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1986.
