A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCAMONCA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEI4~NTS
FOR BASE LINE SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING
THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Base Line
Sidewalk Improvement Project have been completed to the satisfaction of the
City EnSineer; and
I~HEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifyins
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City EnSineer is authorized to siSn and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1986.
