A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAHONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVENENTS
FOR TRACT 10045 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
W~RE~, the construction of public impr~ents for ~act 10045 have
been c~pleted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
W~RE~, a Notice of C~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work c~plete.
N~, THEREFORE, ~ it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sin and file a Notice of C~pletion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino Co~ty.
