A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMBNTH
FOR NORTH TO~N PHASE IV IMPROVEMENTS AND AUTHORIZING THN
FILING OF A NOTIC~ OF COMPLETION FOR THE
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for North Town Phase
IV Improvements have been completed to the ntisfaction of the City Engineer;
and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1986.
