A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCANONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING I]4PROVENENT EXTENSION
~;itEEItENT AND I/~P!tOVENENT SECURITY FOE TRACT 10277
WH~EAS, the City Council of the City of ~ncho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an ~pr~ent Extension Agreement
executed on ~ril 10, 1985,
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located north of Mmond, east of Carnelian
~enue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such impr~ents, described in said
Imprudent ~rement and subject to the tems thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the developcut of said Tract 10277; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Extension ~remeut is secured and
acc~pa~ed by good and sufficient ~pr~ent Security, vhich is identified in
said Imprudent Extension ~resent.
N~, THEREFORE, ~ IT RES~D by the Ci~ Co~cil of the City of
~ncho Cucamonga, California, that said ~pr~ment Extension ~re~ent and
said Impr~ment Securi~ be and the same are hereby ap~ed and the ~yor is
hereby authorized to si~ said ~pr~ent Extension ~rement on behalf of the
City of ~ncho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
