A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANClIO
CUCANONCA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IF. PROVENENT A~REEHENT AND
II4PROVENENT SECURITY FOR DRVELOPI~NT REVIEW NO. 85-01
WIL?,REAS, the City Counci 1 of the City of Rancho Cucamouga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement A~reement executed on
September 5, 1986, by Rudolph Hendrickson Seniors Apartments as developer, for
the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located on the west side of
~methyst Street, north of 19th Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement A~reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, Development Revie~ No. 85-01; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
N(N, TIIEREFORR, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the l~ayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1 986.
