A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE AGRKD(ENT FOR
INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVE)rENTS AND DEDICATION BETvfE~Q
THB CITY OF RAteCHO CUCAHONGA AND STERLING P. KINCAID
I~HEREAS, the City Counci 1 of the City of Rsncho Cucamonga,
California, has ~or its consideration an agreement executed by and between
Sterling P. Kincaid, (hereinafter referred to as Owner) and the City of Rancho
Cucamonga for the exchange of street right-of-way for installation of frontage
improvements on the south side of Ninth Street east of Helms Avenue; and
I~HEREAS, the Owner desires that the City construct said frontage
improvements in conjunction with the City*s project for the improvement of
Arroe Route-Ninth Street between Vineyard and Archibald Avenues; and
IiHEREAS, the Owner agrees to grant a roadway easement to all~v for
the full and ultimate widening of 9th Street along the Kincaid frontage; and
I~HEREAS, the City is agreeable to install frontage improvements as
part of the above noted project in exchange for the gran~ of roadway easement.
N(N, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cuoamonga, California, that said Agreement beWeen the City of Rancho
Cucamonga and Sterling P. Kincaid for the exchange of street right-of-way for
the installation of street frontage improvements be hereby approved and
authorize the Hayor to execute the same.
PASSED, APPROVED, and'XDOPTED this 5th day of November, 1986.
