ADDXTIGqAL 1986-87 COM!e!IITY D~VELOPNEIeT BLOCI GRA!IT FUHDS
WHEREAS, the United States Department of Housing and Urban
Development informed the City of Rancho Cucamonga that it would receive an
additional $69,000 in 1986-87 Community Development Block Grant; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously programmed $6,000 of the
additional funds, leaving $630000 to be allocated to eligible projects; and
WHEngAS, the City Council allocated $87,000 in 1982~83 Community
Development Block Grant funds to Housing Rehabilitation Loans and Grants, but
in this first program year spent only $19,600; and
WHaRFAS, $67,~00 from the 1982-83 program year are available for
reprogramming to another project; and
WBRRFA8, the three projects proposed for funding meet the eligibiliL-y
requirements set by federal regulations for the Community Development Block
Grant; and
WHERFAB, an environmental review has been completed' for each project
in compliance with federal regulations and no adverse impacts have been
identified; and
WBER~A8, n duly-noticed public bearing has been held to receive
public input on the proposals.

does hereby program $63,000 in additional 1986-87 funds and reprogram $~,000
in 1982-83 funds originally allocated to Housing Rehabilitation and for the
following projects:
1. Hortb Town Streets - Phase IV $ 17,000
2. Horth Town Streets - Feron Blvd. Improvements $ ~O,000
3. Housing Rehabilitation Loans and Grants $ ~O .OOQ
TOTAL $107,000
