WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Parcel Map 5792
have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WREnSAg, a Notice of Completion is required tO be filed, certifying
the work conplate.
NOW, TEEBEFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorland to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
~he County Recorder of San Nernardino County.
PASSE, APPROVE, and ADOFTBD ~his IStb day of October, 1986.
