AGR~S~BHT AHD IMPROVEN~T SECUuTTY FOR TRACT 11577
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho CucamonZa,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Extension ASreement
executed on October 2, 1986, by Tetrarice Lane as developer, for the improvement
of public riabt-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on the west side of Turner, south of Base Line;
and
WHEREAS, the installation of sucb improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 11577; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Extension Agreement is secured and
accompanied by Sand and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Extension Agreement.
BOg, THEeflORa, BE IT RESOLVE by the City Council of the City of
Rancho CucnmonSa, California, that said Improvement Extension ASreement end
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby autborised to sign said Improvement Extension Agreement on behalf of the
City of !tancho CucamonEn, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
