WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract Ho. 12952° consisting of 172
lots, submitted by Glenfed Development Corporation, Subdivider, located east of
Haven Avenue, vest of Deer Creek Channel and south of Highland Avenue has been
submitted to the City of Rancho CucamonKa by said Subdivider and approved by
said Cat7 as provided in the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California,
and in compliance with the requirements of Ordinance Ho. 28 of said Cit~y; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of tbe Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvegent Agreement submitted herwith for approval and execution by said
Cit~y, together with good and sufficient Improvement Securit7, and submits for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for public use the streets
delineated thereon.
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE by tbe City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamon~a, California, as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the lame is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said Cit7 and the Cat7 Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvegent Securit7 is accepted as good and
sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content
thereof by the City Attorney; and
3 · That tbe offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineatin2 same be approved and the City Clerk is
authoraged to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
