California, has for its consideration an agreement executed by and between
Sebastiano and Matthew Filpi, father and son, (hereinafter collectively
referred to as Owner) and the City of ltancho Cucamonga for the installation of
frontage improvements on the south side of Ninth Street approximately 380' east
of Helms Avenue.
WHEREAS, the Owner desires that the City construct said frontage
improvements in conjunction with the CitT's project for the improvement of
Arrow ~oute-Sintb Street between Vineyard and Archibald Avenues; and
WBSitgAm, the Owner agrees to pay to City the actual costs to be
incurred in constructing the improvements that would occur on the Owner's
Portion and one half the cost to construct missing parkin2 lane pavements
frontin2 said property; and
WEEHAS, the City is agreeable to have such imProvements constructed
as part of the above noted project.

Rancbo Cucamonga, California, that said Agreement between the City of Rancbo
Cucamonga and Sebastiano and Matthew Filpi for the installation of street
frontqe improvements be heraby approved and authorjam the ~ayor to execute tbe
same.
PASSED, APPROFgD, and ADOPTED this lSth day of October, 198~.
