A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 9144
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 9144)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 9144, submitted by Daon
Corporation and consisting of 12 parcels, located between Elm Avenue and Arrow
Route on the north and south, and between Maple and White Oak Avenues on the
east and west being a division of Parcel 11 of Parcel Map 6725, as per map
recorded in Book 67 of Parcel Maps, Page 4 thru 7, records of San Bernardino
County, State of California was approved by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga~ and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 9144 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 9144 be and the same
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 1985.
