A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 85-
04G - GEROLD - REQUESTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT
OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA GENERAL PLAN FROM OFFICE TO MEDIUM
RESIDENTIAL (4-1~ DU/AC), ON 3.67 ACRES OF LAND, LOCATED ON THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF 19TN STREET AND ARCHIBALD AVENUE - APN 202-
1091-21
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a duly advertised public hearing
to consider all comments on the proposed General Plan Amendment GPA 85-04G,
Getold;
SECTION 1: The Ranoho Cucamonga City Council can make the following
findings:
A. The Amendment does not conflict with the Land Use
Policies of the General Plan.
B. The Amendment promotes goals of the Land Use Element.
C. The Amendment would not be materially injurious or
detrimental to the adjacent properties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Rancho Cucamonga City
Council does hereby approve General Plan Amendment 85-04G, Gerold.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of November, 1985.
