HomeMy WebLinkAbout85-293 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 85-293 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY IMPROV~ENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREe}TENT FROM RANCHO CUCAMONGA PARTNERS, FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW 84-47 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME WHEREAS, Development Review No. 84-47, located on the south side of Foothill Boulevard between Vineyard and Hellman Avenues, submitted by Rancho Cucamonga Partners was approved on February 22, 1985; and WHEREAS, Installation of one-half landscape median established as prerequisite to issuance of Building Permit has been met by entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Raneho Cueamonga Partners. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardtno County, California. PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of November, 1985.
