A RESOLUTION OF T~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAHONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROV ING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY, AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 11853
W~RE~, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 11853 consisting of 5 lots,
submitted by R~ E. Daly and Co~a~, Subdivider, located on the northeast
corner of 19th Street and Ramona Avenue has been submitted to the City of
Rancho Cucamo~a by said Subdivider and appr~ed by said City as pr~ided in
the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and in compliance with the
r~uirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
W~RE~, to meet the r~uirements est~lished as prer~uisite to
appr~al of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Impr~ement ~reement submitted her~ith for appr~al and execution by said
Ci~, t~ether with good and sufficient Impr~ement Securi~, and submits for
appr~al said Final Map offering for dedication for public use the streets
delineated thereon.
N~ T~RffORE~ BE IT RESOLVD by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamo~a, California, as foll~s:
1. ~at said Imprwement ~reement be and the same is
appr~ed and the Mayor is authorized to execute same on
behalf of said City and the City Clerk is authorized to
attest thereto; and
2. ~at said I~r~ement Security is accepted as ~ood and
sufficient, s~ject to appr~al as to form and content
thereof by the City Attorn~; and
3. ~at the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be appr~ed and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on behalf
of said City.
