A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 11606-1 AND RELEASING
THE IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND SECURITY PREVIOUSLY
ACCEPTED BY CITY COUNCIL ON DECEMBER 5, 1984
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on
April 5, 1989, by E1 Capitan Development Company, Inc. as developer for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located east of Mango Street, south of
Victoria Street; and release of previously submitted Improvement Agreement
Security and Monumentation deposit accepted by City Council on
December 5, 1984, from Barclays-TAC Developers.
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
by and the same are approved, release of previously submitted Improvement
Agreement Security and Monumentation Deposit accepted by City Council on
December 5, 1984, from Barclays-TAC Developers, and the Mayor is authorized to
sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and
the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1989.
