A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 13440 AND RELEASING
THE IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND SECURITY PREVIOUSLY
ACCEPTED BY CITY COUNCIL ON DECEMBER 16, 1987
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on
April 5, 1989, by J. P. Rhoades Development as developer, for the improvement
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located at the northeast corner of Kenyon Way and Lark
Drive;and release of previously submitted Improvement Agreement Security and
Monumentation deposit accepted by City Council on December 16, 1987, from The
William Lyon Company.
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
be and the same are approved, and release of previously submitted Improvement
Agreement Security and Monumentation Deposit accepted by City Council on
December 16, 1978, from The William Lyon Company, and the Mayor is authorized
to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1989.

California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 5th day of
April, 1989.
