A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY, FOR TRACT NO. 13273
WHEREAS, Tentative Map of Tract No. 13273 submitted by Lewis Homes of
California, and consisting of i lot, located on the southeast corner of
Milliken Avenue and Mountain View Drive, was approved by the Planning
Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on May 27, 1987; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract Lewis Homes of California has offered
the Improvement Agreement submitted herewith for approval and execution by
said City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security, and submits
for approval said Final Map offering for dedication for street and highway
purposes the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1989.

approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 5th day of
April, 1989.
