A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY OF PARCEL MAP 11341
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 11341, submitted by Lewis Homes of
California, and consisting of I parcel, located on the southeast corner of
Church Street and Milliken Avenue, was approved by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga on March 9, 1988; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 11341 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map;and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement
Security by Lewis Homes of California as developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security submitted by said developer be and the same are approved
and the Mayor is authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1989.
