A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR PARCEL MAP 9350
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 9350, submitted by The William Lyon
Company, and consisting of 3 parcels, located on the northeast corner of Base
Line Road and Milliken Avenue, was approved by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga on November 27, 1985; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 9350 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map;and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement
Security by The William Lyon Company as developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security submitted by said developer be and the same are approved
and the Mayor is authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest.
