A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE LEASE/PURCHASE OF
EQUIPMENT THROUGH BANC ONE LEASING CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga has determined that a true and
ver~ ~e~l nQed. exists for ~he acquisition Qf~the equipment.described in the
'Personal Property Lease and all Schedules thereto by and between Banc One
'Leasihg.Corporation, as Lesso.r, .and City of Rancho CuAamonga, as Lessee,
'p~esented to.this meeting, and that the use of the equipment ~s essential .to
its proper, efficient and economic operation;~ and
· WHEREAS, the City Council. of. the~City of Rancho Cucamonga has taken
'the necessary steps, including any legal bidding requirements,.,under
applicable law to arrange for the acquisition of such equipment under the
Personal Property Lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
'hereby find, detefm'ine and' resolve that the terms of said Personal Property
Lease are in the best interests of Lessee and the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga designates and confirms the following persons to execute and
deliver, and to witness or attest the Personal Property Lease and any related
documents necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by
the Personal Property Lease.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Lessee is authorized and directed to
fulfill all obligations under the terms of the Personal Property Lease.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 1989.
