A RESOLUTION OF THE.~CITY .COUNCIL OF-THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, ~CALIFORNIA, ,APPROVING~ IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR MDR 86-24
.~ WHEREAS, the C4ty Council of .the City of Rancho- Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension
executed on March 1, 1989, by Russell Stanley West, Inc. as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-wa~ adjacent to the real property specifically
_described .therein,. and generally located on the east side of Santa Anita
Avenue north of 4th Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said MDR 86-24; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamon§a,
California, does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and the same are approved and the Mayor is
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of March, 1989.
