A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY, AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 12650-1
AND RELEASING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT
SECURITY FOR TRACTS 9584,9584-1, AND 9584-2
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 12650-~, consisting of 225
lots, submitted by The Deer Creek Company, Subdlvider, located north of
Hillside Road on the east side of Haven Avenue has been submitted to the City
of Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider and approved by said City as provided
in the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and in compliance with
the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement Agreement submitted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security, and submits for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for public use the streets
delineated thereon; and
WHEREAS, said agreement replaces agreements submitted previously by
the Subdivlder for Tracts 9584, 9584-1, and 9584-2 and approved by Resolutions
81-118, 81-163 and 81-164, the Subdivider is requesting the release of said
agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Raneho Cucamonga, California, as ~ollows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security 'is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content th-reof by the City Attorney; and
3. That the offers for d-dication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to ~xecute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
4. That the improvement security replaces Security for
Tracts 9584, 9584-1, and 9584-2 and the City Clerk
authorized to release said security.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of October, 1985.
