A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR PEDESTRIAN BRIDGES FOR
TRACTS 12319 AND 12590-2
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement ~x~cut~d on
October 2, 1985, by Lewis Homes of California, as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the east side of Haven Avenue,
north and south of Base Line; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be don~ in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, Tracts 12590 and 12319~ and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of th~ City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of October, 1985.
