A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND IMPROVEM]ENT SECURITY FOR DESILTING BASINg FOR TRACT
12590-3 AND 12590-4
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on
October 2, 1985, by Lewis Homes of California, as dev~-loper, for th~
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and g~.nerally located on the mast side of Haven Av~nuo,
north and south of Base Line Road; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to ~he terms ~hereof, is to b~ don~ in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, Tract 12590 and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of th~ City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement S~curity be and th~ same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Cl~rk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of 0ctob~r, 1985.
