A RESOLUTION OF.THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 11030,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP-NO. 11030), IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 11030, submitted by Lewis Homes of
California, and consisting of 12 parcels, located at the northeast corner of
Foothill Boulevard and Haven Avenue, being a division of a portion of lot 1,
Tract was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
on November 30, 1988; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 11030 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement
Security by Lewis Homes of California as developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
submitted by said developer be and the same are approved and the Mayor is
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto; and that said Parcel Map No.
11030 be and the same is approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of March, 1989.
