A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
RIDER FOR PARCEL MAP NUMBER 9897
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 9897, submitted by Lewis Homes
of California, and consisting of i parcel, located on the southeast corner of
Church Street and Terra Vista Parkway, was approved by the Planning Commission
of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on December 10, 1986; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 9897 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry of an Improvement Security Rider by Lewis Homes of California as
developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Security Rider submitted by said
developer be and the same is approved by the Mayor on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of March, 1989.
