A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL
INITIAL STUDY AND ISSUANCE OF A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION FOR
THE PROPOSED AVENIDA VEJAR STREET IMPROVEMENTS FROM GROVE
AVENUE TO SIERRA MADRE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
reviewed all available input concerning the proposed Avenida Vejar Street
Improvements; and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Initial Study has been prepared
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act,, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of Rancho Cucamonga hereby approves the
Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a Categorical Exemption
for the proposed Avenida Vejar Street Improvement.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Exemption
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 1989.
