A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM EDWARD C.
AND ROXANA M. CARDOZA AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on February 21, 1979, to establish requirements for
construction of public improvements in conjunction with building permit
issuance; and
WHEREAS, installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk pavement, drive
approach and street lights established as prerequisite to issuance of building
permit for 8575 Bella Vista Drive has been met by entry into a Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Edward C. and Roxana M. Cardoza.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement,
authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City
Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 1989.
