A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR THE STREET
IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF HAVEN AVENUE
BETWEEN CHURCH STREET AND BASE LINE ROAD
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, bas for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension
executed on February 1, 1989, by Lewis Homes as developer, for the improvement
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on the east side of Haven Avenue between Church
street and Base Line Road; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of the street improvements located on the
east side of Haven Avenue between Church Street and Base Line Road; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California does hereby resolve, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 1989.
