HomeMy WebLinkAbout89-039 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 89-039 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, IMPROVEMENT SECURITY, AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 12895 WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 12895, consisting of 4 lots, submitted by Chung Eh Mao and Suan Suan Mao and Rancho Citiland Development California Limit Partnership, Subdivider, located on the west side of Baker Avenue, south of Foothill Boulevard, has been submitted to the City of Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider for approval by said City as provided in the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and in compliance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the Improvement Agreement submitted herewith for approval and execution by said City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security, and submits for approval said Final Map offering for dedication for street and highway purposes the streets delineated thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, does hereby resolve as follows: 1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is authorized to attest thereto; and 2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content thereof by the City Attorney; and 3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is authorized to execute the certificate thereon on behalf of said City.
