WHEREAS, Hughes Investments has filed an application for approval of
Tentative Parcel Map 11838 and CUP 88-35, described above in the title of this
R~solution. Hereafter, in this Resolution, the subject Tentative Parcel Map and
CUP request is referred to as "the Tentative Parcel Map and CUP".
WHerEAS, on November 9, 1988, the Planning CUALm~Ssion of the city of
Rancho Cucamonga conducted a duly noticed public hearing on the subject matter
of the Tentative Parcel Map and CUP, and following the conclusion of said
hearing, adopted their R~lution Nos. 88-228 and 88-229, thereby conditionally
approving the Tentative Parcel Map and CUP subject to the requested Victoria
Park lane modification being approved by the city Council.
WHEREAS, on December 20, 1988, the Parks and Recreation C~aL,~ssion
recitaLS_haled that the Developer be responsible for an equivalent fee of $7,560.00
for the portion of landscaped median lost due to the modification, and that the
Developer use those funds to retrofit security lighting at windrows Park.
NOW, ~EFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as foll~x~s:
1. The requested modification to Victoria Park Lane is
acceptable subject to the following additional
condition of approval:
"~/~e Developer shall retrofit the security lighting at
Windrows Park in an amount equivalent to $7,560.00 as
approved by the C.~J~LU, LLIJJ--Iity Development Manager, city
Planner and City Engineer prior to any building
