A RESOLUTION OF THE Ci'l~ OOL~CIL OF THE crr~ OF RAN(~O
DR 87-43 A~D AUTHORIZING THE FrL/NG OF A NOTICE OF
O~4PL~r±ONFORq/~EWORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public imp~ts for DR 87-43 have
been c~leted to the satisfaction of the City ~gineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notioe of C~,~letion is required to be filed, certifying
the work c~lete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to
sign and file a Notice of C~,~letion with the County Recorder of San ~
PASSED, APP~DV~D, and ADOFi'~3 this 18th day of January, 1989.
