ADO~£±ONAL I]~PRDV~T S~OJRITY TRACT NOS. 13748, 13857 AND
13858
WH~tEAS, tb~ Tentative Map of Tract No. 13748, consisting of 232 lots,
submitted by M. J. Brock and Sons, Subdivider, located at the southwest corner
of Banyan Street and Milliken Avenue, has been submit~ to tb~ city of Rancho
Cucamonga by said Subdivider for approval by said City as provided in the
Suk~livision Map Act of the State of California, and in cc~plianoe with the
recp~ire~_nts of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
/mprovement Agreement submitted herewith for approval and ew~oution by said
city, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security, and sukmits for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for street and highway purposes
the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THeREfORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamon~a does
hereby resolve as foll~s:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same on
behalf of said City and the City Clerk is authorized to
attest thereto; and
2. That said /3mprovement Security is accepted as good and
sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content
thereof by the city Attorney; and
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the city Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on behalf
of said city.
