A RESOLUTION OF THE C1'1¥ OOL~CIL OF THE C±'l~ OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING I/~PROV~4~Ff AGRE~4~ AND
~SECURITYTRACTNO. 11734 i
WHerEAS, to ~a~antee the construction of the off-site imurovements,
Lewis Homes of California has offered the Improvement Agreement submitted
herewith for approval and execution by said City, together with good and
sufficient Impr~t Security, and sub,ts for approval offering for
dedication for public use the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~camonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. ~nat said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayer is authorized to execute same on
behalf of said city and the city Clerk is authorized to
attest thereto; and
2. ~nat said /~provement Security is aocepted as good and
sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content
thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. ~nat the offers for dedication be approved and the City
Clerk is authorized to execute the certificate thereon
on behalf of said City.
