IMPI~OVfI4t~gT SEC55R1TY FOR DEVELOPMt~T REVIt~4 NO. 88-28
WHflREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement ~gln~m~_nt executed on January 18, 1989,
by Rancho Cucamonga Medical Partners, as developer, for the improvement of
public right-of-way adjacent to th~ real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on the south side of Red Oak Street at Spruce
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
/nzprove~_nt Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the develup~Le_nt of said real property as referred to Planning
C~Lmdssion, Development Review No. 88-28; and
WHf~iEAS, said improv~ent Agre~nent is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient I~proveme_nt Security, which is identified in said Improvement
Agre~ent.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the city of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said I~provement Agreement and said /~provement Security are
approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said Improv~ent Agreement on
behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the city Clerk to attest thereto.
