IMPROV~4~T SECURITY A~ DRA/lqAGE AC~A~NCE ~ FOR
DEVELOI~4~N~ REVT~ NO. 87-51
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucam~nga, California,
has for its consideration an Impr~ Agre~nent and Drainage A~
Agreements, executed on Jar~mry 18, 1989, by Fontana Steel, Incorporated, as
developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real
property specifically described therein, and generally located on the south side
of Arrow Route, west of Etiwanda Avenue, and east of the Southern California
Mlison Utility ~mnent; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such i~provements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
C~m,dssion, Develu~t~nt Review No. 87-51; a~d
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agre~nent is secured and acc~,~nied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Ia~rov~nent
NOW, THEREFORE, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hareby resolve that said Imp~ Agreement and said Improvement Security are
approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said Improvement Agre~m~_nt on
behalf of the City of Rancho Cucam~nga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
