CUCAMONGA, CATJ~ORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVf~{~F~ AGRRFMf~Tf,
/I~P~OV]~q~ ~, AND FINALMAPOFTRACTNO. 13281
WPI~REAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 13281, consisting of 205 lots,
submitted by ~ne William Lyon Ccm~any, Sulzlivider, located at the n~r~_hwest
corner of Base Line Road and Rochester Avenue, has been submitted to the City of
Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider for approval by said City as provided in the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and in o~liance with the
requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider bas offered the
/m~provement Agreement sutmitted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security, and su~ts for
approval said Firk3~ Map offering for dedication for street and highway purposes
the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, TH~SLEFORE, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follow, s:
1. ~nat said I3~provem~nt Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same on
behalf of said City and the City Clerk is authorized to
attest thereto; and
2. That said /_mprov~nent Security is aooepted as good and
sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content
thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. ~nat the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the oertificate thereon on behalf
of mid City.
