TRACT 12319 PfDE~±FJAN BRIDGE AND AUT}{ORIZING ~ FTLTNG OF
A NOTICE OF O3~PL~I'±ON FOR THE ~gRK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 12319
Pedestrian Bridge have been c~leted to the satisfaction of the city Engineer;
WHEREAS, a Notice of C~L~letion is required to be filed, certifying
the work c~L~lete.
NOW, TH~{EFORE, the City Oouncil of the city of Rancho Cucamonga does
b~_reby resolve, that the work is accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to
sign and file a Notice of C~letion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino
PASSfD, APPROXrfD, and ADOFi.~3 this 4th day of Jam~ry, 1989.
