A RESOI33TION OF THE cl'r~ C0~NCIL OF THE CiTY OF RAN(~O
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Resolution No. 83-211 accepting a Real Property /mpr~-ement Contract and Lien
Agreement frcm Farmer Jack's Nursery Land C~L~any; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
was recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on
Decealber 29, 1983 as Doct~ment No. 83-306629; and
WHt~EAS, said Real Property Contract and Lien ~t is no longer
r~red.
NOW, THI~REFORE, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve and release said l~al Property I~ Contract and Lien
Agreement frc~ Paroel 1 of Parcel Map 8100 and that the City Clerk shall cause
Rel~e of Lien to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.
