WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. /2332-2 consisting of 151
lots, suhnitted by M. J. Brock & Sons, Inc., Subdivider, located on the east
side of Haven Avenue, North of the Hillside Channel, has been submitted to the
city of Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider for approval by said City as
provid~ in the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and in
c~liance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said city; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Impr~t Az3reement suhnitted herewith for approval and execution by said
city, together with good and sufficient Improv~nent Security, and suhnits for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for street and highway purposes
the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, TH~]~DRE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That said Improvement ~3reement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same on
behalf of said City and the City Clerk is authorized to
attest thereto; and
2. That said Imp~ Security is accepted as good and
sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content
thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. ~nat the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be apl~roved and the city Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on behalf
of said City.
