A RESOLUTION OF THE Cl'i%{ OOUNCIL OF THE c~'i'f OF RAN(~O

~ SECURITY FOR MINOR DEVELOI~4~4T REVIEW NO. 88-19
WH~%EAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Imp~t Agreement executed on Jar,~a~y 4, 1989,
by Intech Ventures as developer, for tb~ improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the south side of Arrow Route, east of Haven Avenue, and west of
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Impr~t Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Cu~mu~ssion, Minor Development Review No. 88-19; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and acc~L~anied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NOW, THfREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security be
approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said Improv~ent Agreement on
behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga. The city Clerk shall attest thereto.
