A RESOLUTION OF THE Cl'i'f OOL~CIL OF THE ~'iY OF RANCHO
CUCAMDNGA, CALIFO~, AFF~0VING I/~PROV~4~NT AGRE~4~qT,
~ SECURITY, AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 13063
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 13063, consisting of 74 lots,
submitted by Citation Builders, Subdivider, located on the east side of ~t
Avenue at Catalpa Street has been submitted to the City of Rancho Cucamonga by
said Subdivider f~r approval by said City as provided in the Subdivision Map Act
of the State of California, ar~ in c~pliance with tbm re~,~r~nents of Ordirk31~ce
No. 28 of said city; and
WHerEAS, to meet the requirements established as prerec~ite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improve~_nt Agreement submitted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient I~ovement Security, and submits for
approval of said Final Map offering for dedication for street and highway
purposes the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That said /m~rovement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayer is authorized to execute same on
behalf of said City and the City Clerk is authorized to
attest thereto; and
2. ~nat said I~provement Security is accepted as good and
sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content
thereof by the city Attorney; and
3. ~hat the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on behalf
of said City.
