A R~SOI/3TION OF THE cA'I'Y COI~CIL OF THE ui'rf OF 1RANCHO
CUCAMONC~, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROV~4~NT ~ AND
~ S~CURITY FOR DEVELOPM~ REV±~W NO. 87-19 AND
87-20
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Impr~t Agreement executed on January 4, 1989,
by Indumar Investments as developer, for the improvement of public rig~t-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the northeast corner of sixth Street and Turner Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improv~nent A~ree~ent and subject to the terms thereof, is to be dons in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
C~m~ission, Development Review No. 87-19 ar~ Development Review No. 87-20; ar~
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Imurovement
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agre~nent and said Improvement Security are
approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said Improvement ~3re~ent on
behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
