A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING STREET FRONTAGE
CONSTRUCTION LIEN AGREEMENT BETWEEN CHRISTINE L. STEIGER
AND THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration a Lien Agreement executed by Mrs.
Christthe L. Steiger, a married woman, (hereinafer referred to as
"Developer"), for the installation of frontage improvements located at the
southwest corner of Base Line Road and Turner Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Developer desires that the City construct said frontage
improvements in conjunction with the City's project for the improvement of
Base Line Road from Teak Way to Haven Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has executed an easement for roadway and
related purposes over said frontage to be improved; and
WHEREAS, the City is agreeable to have such improvements constructed
as part of the above noted City project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cueamonga, California, that said Lien Agreement be hereby approved and
authorize the Mayor to execute the same, and direct the City Clerk to record
same in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County,
California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of September, 1985.

approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, at
a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 18th day of September,
1985.
