A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 9248
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 9248)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 9248, submitted by Mark and Tom
Uyeda and consisting of 4 parcels, located north of Tryon Street between
Jadeire and Archibald Avenues, being a division of a portion of Section 3,
Township 1 South, Range 7 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian per Record of
Survey recorded in Book 1, Page 78 in the County of San Bernardino, State of
California was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Raneho
Cuoamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 9248 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 9248 be and the same
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of September, 1985.
