A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 9530
(TBI~TATIVB PARCEL MAP NO. 9530)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 9530, submitted by W. Keith
Walker and consisting of 2 parcels, located on the north side of Sixth Street,
east and west of Rochester Avenue, being a division of a portion of Lot 36 of
Rochester as per platt recorded in Book 9 of Naps, Page 20, Records of San
Bernardino County, State of California, was approved by the Planning Commission
of the City of Rancbo Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 9530 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 9530 be and the same
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7tb day of May, 1986.
