A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COONCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A LIEN AGREEMENT FROM
RICHARD ~tND MICHELLE SMITH AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO SIGH SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho CucamonEs to
establish requirements for construction of frontsEe improvements in conjunction
with the Archibald Avenue Reconstruction Project.
WHEREAS, installation of curb, gutter, drive
located at 6250 Archibald Avenue, to be made part of
Reconstruction Project.

WRERFAS, Richard and Nichelle Smith have submitted a Lien Agreement
as reimbursement to the City for said improvements.
HON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho CucssonEa, California, does accept said Lien Agreement, authorizes the
Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record
same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernerdino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16 th day of April, 1986.
